Not quite on the level of "God's Bits of Wood" but affecting all the same. "Money Order" was made into a film by the author (this he did many times with his own works) and is the more accessible of the two, a nasty comedy of errors.

I was given this book a long time ago, but since it is not really my kind of nove, I did not read it so far. And do not intend to: I've read the first 40 something pages and I just can't get through.
