This is about as good as it gets. I first read this book in 3rd grade. How old are you in 3rd grade? I can't remember. Then I read it a few times after that, finally reading it for the last time in middle school. That being said, maybe it's not as good as I remember it. All I know is, reading it as a kid, it definitely shaped me into who I am today.

Not a scholarly biography, but a rich and affecting portrayal of Frida Kahlo's life.

Great biography for youth or starters
