I received a free copy of this book in return for an honest review. The Vaga by SA Carter is book 2 in The Kuthun series and finds us four years after where the first book finished. Elena is now in college and her aunt and uncle have moved to be closer to her while she is studying so she lives with them in the caretaker cottage on campus. Her best friend Phoebe is also studying at the same college and living in the dorm. It was good to see the return of familiar characters like Phoebe, Elena’s [...]

S.A Carter books are always a great read. This is the second book in "The Kuthun Series". It did not disappoint me at all . It all the flair and expectations as the first book, if not more. I like when you read a first book in a series it continues with the characters from the first. Some times some authors does forget to bring the main characters back. This was a great surprise and an enjoyable read. The Vaga Continues four yrs into the future when Elena is now in college. Her family is close n [...]
I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review. I made no guarantee of a favorable review and the opinions expressed here are my own.I loved this book and wish I could give it more than a five star rating. This story picks up four years after Elena has learned she is a witch and a descendant of the Goddess Isis. Characters from the first book have returned along side a few new ones to include a shapeshifter. The author's writing style, creativity and world building have grown beyond all of my [...]
I loved this book. I love to read stories where I connect with the characters and this story does that. I didn't want the story to end. I didn't want to leave my friends. Good thing there is a book 3. Erebus is going to bring about the apocalypse. He's going to kill us all. How does Elena fight someone or something like that? How can she keep her friends safe? Magical mystery. Romance. Suspense. I look forward to reading book 3. I received this book free for an honest review.
Book two bought us to a new level of amazing. I'm not going to say much because spoilers :) but I will say I was amazed by the difference between book 1 and book 2 S.A Cater's writing just gets better and better

She has been able to relax and have some fun with friends. But now Julian is back and he has news that will again alter the path of Elena’s life. She will meet new people and see some old friends as she fights for her life and the lives of those she loves. There is action and adventure with twists in the plot and the character’s emotio [...]
I read the first book in this series and really enjoyed it. I got hooked on the series from the first book and couldn't wait to get my hands on the second. S. A. Carter truly has a way with words and pulling the reader along through the book. Elena is now in college as the book is set to four years later after the first book. I liked how this book put us into this point in her life, as we can tell that Elena is growing up and coming into her own skin. Elena's aunt and uncle move closer to be wit [...]
