Recommended for: Blue Jays fans. The title is hyperbolic, as is much of the writing, but that's how sports writers have made various sports seem interesting for as long as I've been reading sports publications. The fact is that Steve Clarke's title could've been something dull, like '100 fun Blue Jays facts', but that wouldn't have sold as many copies. And regardless, it is a fun read.Steve Clarke knows his team, and he writes like a fan. A true fan. Not the whining, constantly critical type, but [...]

A good read for a Jays Fan. The book is a gentle romp through Blue Jay lore and history. It's an easy read with short chapters that serves as a trip down memory lane. The "100" chapters seemed to be organized in no specific order and were occasionally repetitive. Regardless, it's a fun light read.

Many facts (indeed, pressing the concept of "should know" a bit further than it needs to go) rather tediously presented.

What this book is about is basically in the title; 100 Things Blue Jays Fans Should Know and Do Before They Die. If that was too much, this books talks about stats, amazing facts and the history of the Toronto Blue Jays; Canada's baseball team. Some things were new, others I've heard but its not about whats in the book to me, its that someone took the time and effort to notice the Blue Jays. The reason I pick up this book is because one, baseball is my passion and my life and it was a baseball b [...]

The title of the book syas it all, if you love the Jays (and I do) you will love this book. Well thought out book, based on fact and fans observations. I loved it. Quick read and a great reference book.

A book that any Blue Jays fan would cherish. I thought I knew quite a bit about my favourite team, but I was sorely mistaken. If you have even a passing interest in Canada's only MLB team you would love this book.

Some interesting stories and facts behind the history of the Bluejays baseball team.
