I was not able to finish this book. I thought it supposed to be about learning to meditate in an easy and straightforward way. I got about 70% through and there was nothing I had read to teach me anything!The author talks about toning as a way to enhance meditation.The author talks about "entities" that assist her in her knowledge.The author talks about sharing all these wonderful things with her best friend.What she doesn't talk about is what I expected to reada "how-to" book more than a "look [...]
This book, although it was a rather random pick, earned each star through reading it. Its success is that it triggers you to acknowledge yourself suggesting that there is a way to surpass the matter and reach the intangible soul thus you earn to come through difficulties in life and be joyful. It's full of wisdom and you certainly gain an attitude of life optimism.
