a good, academic presentation of abs and the issues that come with working them improperly. not necessarily applicable to lay people or to general group formats, but may be particularly useful if you do one on one training with people who have need of modifying their routines and doing gentler work.

I understand where this book is going. Many ab exercises really strain other parts of the body. But some of the exercises were odd and quite frankly I did them and felt absolutely nothing.
